The new Element Bistro, Bar and Lounge and Myth Nightclub received a forgivable loan this past Tuesday, October 27th from the city of Jacksonville. Owner Jon Mroz, stated that it was great to see the city of Jacksonville working towards a revitalization of the downtown area.
